The recruiter forgot about our phone interview appointment so we had to reschedule. It was really noisy on the phone call. He seemed like he wasn't interested in what I was saying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is Indeed?
Why sales?
Tell me about one time you were rejected and how you reacted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2016
Interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. I then progressed onto an onsite interview with the hiring manager. The onsite interview in Dublin went very well talking about the platform and the future plans and how I could develop the job board area in U.K. or SA as a developing market. I was told I'm not uncertain words I had the job but we will let you know by the end of the next week for which area. I said great though they were really selling it to me which is a kinda warning in it self, I've worked in various call centres and it gave me that vibe though which kind of turned me off the job a bit. It also seems a bit of a cult in there everyone fake happy (maybe I'm wrong but seems too good to be true). As I didn't hear anything I emailed the recruiter for feedback that was in December 2016 I still have not got a reply again a sign of lazy recruiters and such a disrespect for you taking your time to go to an interview would not recommend this place reject all interviews unless you want to work in a sales call centre! (And yes they ring a bell when you sell)
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Stamford, CT) in Dec 2016
Interview
Two phone interviews by two different people with very basic questions. I started interviewing for one position and was referred to another.
Both the Indeed recruiter and hiring manager incredibly unorganized and unprofessional
HINT: Please tell someone if you aren't interested in hiring them.
