I applied in-person. I interviewed at Indeed (Kingston)
Interview
My experience in the business was discussed along with my relationship with insurance brokers. How did I expect to grow the business was asked of me. How much did I know of the company I wanted to work with (AIG). Why was I interested in wanting to work with the company. The company was small in Jamaica and I believed that there was excellent opportunities which existed for this company to grow. Salary was discussed and I was told that I would be contacted.

Question 1
Why was I interested in wanting to work with the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in May 2016
Interview
Applied directly on Indeed.com. Got an email a day later asking for a phone interview.
2 phone interviews (1 with recruiter, 1 with hiring manager) and 1 onsite.
The onsite interview was very lengthy (6 hours with 6 different people) but it didnt seem like it at all. From the second I walked through the door they treated me like one of their own. The recruiter acted as my host and showed me all throughout the building (which is jaw dropping). I was placed in a meeting room and my interviewers came to me throughout the day. I got free lunch from their vegas style buffet (no joke) and they offered me any snack or drink in existence.
Hands down the best interview experience I've ever had.
