I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX)
Interview
After submitting an application with a specific set of tasks required, you may or may not get a call scheduling a phone screening. When you get the phone call, you get asked several questions about your prior work experience, how it would be relevant, etc. If you get a call back, you schedule an in-person interview which is several 30-minute one-on-ones.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Indeed (Stamford, CT) in Sep 2015
Interview
First you have a phone interview then they bring you in if you answered the questions well. I realized after the phone interview that I would not want to work here because I would not want to be cold calling companies all day long
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Worked through 3rd party agency who found me on LinkedIn. Was submitted and immediately received request to answer 3 scenario based questions. Once submitted, I was asked in for an onsite interview within 2 days. Met with 2 Director levels. Was more of a discussion on what they are doing, where they want to go and how my background would align. Great conversation and Interviewers were clearly passionate about their job, mission, and company. Lasted right at an hour.
