I met recruiter and had my resume cast in a campus fair. I received news from HR about 2 months after the campus fair. The recruiter was on time. It was a nice talking. Questions were very normal. No strange things. At the end of interview, the recruiter was very happy to answer my questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (San Mateo, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Relatively easy, got scheduled online for a phone screen. Then after the screen, I would schedule a time to meet with 2-3 sales directors and then interview in person. I thought it would be all three directors at the same time, but it was individual, back-to-back interviews. Not too difficult ,questions were average and directors were easy to talk to.

Question 1
What skills do you hope to get out of this internship?
Why sales?
Why Indeed?
How do you feel about cold calling?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
Two phone calls, then two in person interviews. They even requested I submit a writing piece. After all this they called me more than a month after I interviewed to let me know that "another candidate has identified themselves as a better fit". Very unprofessional department, ran by novices. Interviews not based on knowledge, but instead if they like you or not. It is cliquey and felt like I was pledging frat life.
