I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Jan 2022
Interview
Slow, recruiter cold-called, weeks between contact from recruiter. Generally old-school interview where they ask all the questions and you don't get to ask any. s s s s s s
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a project that didn't succeed and why. What kinds of cross-functional roles have you worked with/ What languages and frameworks do you know
Three rounds. Intense - complicated questions. Process is too long and feedback was sought but not given. Dissapointing considering the amount of time and effort you put into the whole thing

Question 1
influencing senior management in particular scenario
The recruitment team is helpful in providing advise on what they are expecting in interviews, but the scheduling part is chaos and they ghosted me after interviews.
The interview itself is gruelling process of 6 interview rounds
1. Resume deep dive
2. Code review
3. Architecture design
4. Managerial
5. White boarding (Surprising round with a junior developer who corrects your CS terms at every step in this interview). Was expecting some senior engineer to take the interview
6. Closing round (pretty normal)
Did not expect white boarding for a Senior Manager candidate..
