I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in May 2022
Interview
Call with recruiter and then a video technical interview. Technical interview asked questions that you would not need day-to-day. Super obscure stuff that doesn't ever need to be committed to memory. Indeed prides itself in it's interview process, but I was ghosted just like the rest of them.
Shorty was quick and very simple interview was view text app . All the rules were explained and yea I thought maybe it wasn’t real because I have never did an over the phone like text messages for a interview
Screening call, 1-hour technical screen. Finally, 4 hour onsite.
Interview process is extensive. In my opinion, it is not respectful of the candidate's time. Expectations are very high and chance of getting hired is low.
