I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inditex (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online - initial didn't receive anything until i resubmitted my interest in a position. Within a week they called me and invited me to the pre-selection process at the Regent Street HQ.
On arrival there were approximately 30 other candidates. They asked us to fill in an application to choose our preferred hours and stores and then showed us two videos (a day in the life of inditex and inditex informational video) with some quick questions and a 3-5 minute individual interview about the application and industry knowledge. I didn't feel very comfortable as all candidates were in the same room whilst the interview was carried out at the front of the room with observers.
My interviewer basically blew me off when he realised I wasn't available to work immediately and didn't pursue the rest of my application.
Key tip: it pays to know a little about the industry and firm, as well as being able to work immediately.

Question 1
What kind of people do you think Inditex are looking to employ?
Group interview with 15+ people. Relaxed environment. They told us about the company at the start, and we all got to say something about ourselves. There was a group activity, where we had to present what we had discussed with our team infront of everyone.
I applied online. I interviewed at Inditex (Neapel)
Interview
Colloquio di gruppo in cui ci si presenta
Molto semplice, non ho ricevuto ancora nessun riscontro nonostante lo abbia fatto dieci giorni fa , quindi non so se chiameranno o meno
During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
