They first asked what we know about brand then they showed ous short clip about inditex and after that they also asked about our feelings and what we thought about video. Ah and after that we had super short face to face interviews but it was really just question why i wanna work for zara and about my experience i customer service or sth like that
Group interview with 15+ people. Relaxed environment. They told us about the company at the start, and we all got to say something about ourselves. There was a group activity, where we had to present what we had discussed with our team infront of everyone.
