Simple application on the website followed by a phonecall a week later to talk about preferences in schedures, locations, and stores, followed by a group dynamic and then a final offer.

Describe/Discuss the 3 core qualities of a Sales Assistant.
Group interview with 15+ people. Relaxed environment. They told us about the company at the start, and we all got to say something about ourselves. There was a group activity, where we had to present what we had discussed with our team infront of everyone.

During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
