Il primo colloquio è stato di gruppo, abbastanza tranquillo poiché era un colloquio conoscitivo. Hanno voluto sapere le mie esperienze lavorative e le mie competenze. Purtroppo hanno comunicato che al momento non c'erano posti disponibili per la mia preferenza dicendomi che mi avrebbero chiamato in futuro.

Una delle domande che mi hanno posto è per quale motivo fossi interessato a lavorare nei loro negozi e quale fosse la mia preferenza.
Group interview with 15+ people. Relaxed environment. They told us about the company at the start, and we all got to say something about ourselves. There was a group activity, where we had to present what we had discussed with our team infront of everyone.

Molto semplice, non ho ricevuto ancora nessun riscontro nonostante lo abbia fatto dieci giorni fa , quindi non so se chiameranno o meno
During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
