Everything starts with a group of about 20-25 people getting together in a meeting room..then two interviewers come in and start presenting themselves and the company and then ask you questions about what you know about the company, then they show videos about it. Then they put you in groups and assign every group to describe the role of sales assistants, cashiers and so on.
The interview is very easy and relaxed.
