Inditex Sale Assistant interview questions

At first I was nervous before interview, but during interview process it turnout to be fun as if I was playing quiz when HR asked group of people about the company. They asked my availability to work after the interview.

Very easy process. The interview is being held in groups and they give a couple of tasks (like scenarios) regarding customer service. You have to answer what would you do, for example if there's long queue at the tills and someone who might be a loyal customer is in a hurry and wants to skip the queue what would be your solution, etc.
