I am from top B-school doing MBA. My interview process comprised of resume shortlist, technical and HR interview. The process was conducted without any chaos and questions asked during the interview was more relevant. The interviewers made me comfortable and asked questions one by one. A short brief about the role was given before the interview process which gave clear idea about how the role would help, what are the qualities expected for that role, what are the benefits, etc. The interview process was happened step by step and people who got selected, received their Spot offer letter from them. Many of my friends applied for this role, i would say 5 out of 30 would get into it.
