Question 1
Why Infosys? What are your career goals? Current trends in the IT sector.
I applied online. I interviewed at Infosys in Sep 2020
Interview
Interview process was a simple 3 step procedure. The first round is a call with a recruiter followed up by an online personality test. Second round is an hour long interview. I was mostly quizzed about my projects and work experience and asked conceptual questions on Java, C++. Third round is a call from the HR confirming your acceptance.
What I want to bring to notice is that 3 days prior to my joining date they rescinded my offer stating that they don't accept OPT. This was after I had completed my background check. They are extremely hostile towards candidates and do not care of the consequences you have to face due to their actions.
Avoid applying here in the first place!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infosys (Providence, RI) in Nov 2020
Interview
The entire process took around a month. I met a recruiter at my college career fair, and two weeks later, he followed up with me. We set up a final interview with a panel of three in the following week. The interview was simple and consisted of basic OOP and SQL questions, followed by a couple of behavioral questions. After another week, I got a call back from the recruiter and got an offer. Overall it was a good experience, but I decided to accept an offer from another company.
