I have applied through their career portal. Within a week I have recieved mail for online assesment. After completing assesment I got mail for Technical round. After first technical round I got call for managerial round.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Sep 2024
Interview
I went through two rounds of interview , one for technical with 2 member panel and one with AVP of the company as a skip round since they considered me for Lead consultant role. I aced both these rounds and then came the HR round where these HR panel tried to undermine my 2 months of effort and offer me only associate consultant . The role for which I had applied through referral and gotten selected was for SAC and they were forcing me to take up the AC role which is junior when you compare to the LC role , I asked them you should offer me at least the role of SAC for which I had applied and no response for 2 weeks straight and HR does not pick up your calls. No offer was made and they did not clarify me anything as to why they did not offer me the role of SAC. They simply rejected me without providing me any explanation whatsoever. I think this is the right platform to address this as this feels very bad when you clear 2 rounds just to be rejected by an HR 's with their inflated ego issues. I am gonna make sure such things do not happen to any other candidate so that such regressive HR practices of Infosys stops here.

They ask you everything but the HR did not even care to respond to any one of my questions clearly.
Interview went well and asked questions related to my skills. They have asked generic interview questions along with recent projects that worked and previous experience then shortlisted my profile for next round of interview.
