I was referred by my ex-colleague to a DM in Infosys. So, he knew about me before we spoke. Interview was just formal, with a few Qs about my experience and expectations. It went for 20 minutes. The salary negotiation part went for few weeks. Remember, Infosys does not negotiate. They have a scale and force you to it.
