Sometimes Coding Challenge: Simple algorithmic or web development tasks if applying for a development role.
Interview process was good, needs to be more organised . Interviewer were good but lack new technology understanding. Everything else was good improve. Infosys needs to inform candidates at each stage and after interview but some time they will take a lot time to respond.
It was a great process. Moderate interview.My interview went well; I confidently explained my skills, answered technical and behavioral questions clearly, and highlighted relevant experience. I maintained positive body language, showed enthusiasm for the role, and asked thoughtful questions about growth opportunities.
