I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Boulder, CO) in May 2015
Interview
Overall, the whole hiring process took about 3 weeks and consisted of 2 phone interviews. I was contacted by an HR representative through linkedin. A week or so later, I was emailed by another representative for a phone interview. The first phone interview was about 20-30 minutes and consisted mainly of behavioral questions and a few higher level technical questions about OOP methods. A week later, I had a second online interview with the hiring manager who asked questions about Agile development. The interview process overall was pretty simple, and I heard back from the company with an offer the following week.
If you brush up on your projects and really study the basics of programming methodologies and OOP concepts, the interview should be a walk in the park. Everything was pretty straightforward, and the HR is responsive.

Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
