Interview
There were two rounds of interview : First technical and then HR. In technical they asked me about myself in detail and basic management questions. Emphasis was on communication skills and negotiation skills. It was a stress interview and they were checking my confidence. HR interview was very smooth he just asked hobbies, location preference and all that.

Convince three levels of management for automating the assembly line.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.
