Getting a call is the tough part. Once you get it, prepare all the general questions used for interviews. More importantly, prepare your work experience very well. Most questions could revolve around your work experience.
The panel generally consists of 2 people and the difficulty level rarely goes beyond intermediate. For developers, the questions are mostly theoretical.
