I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infosys (Basking Ridge, NJ)
Interview
It was a drive at Basking Ridge, NJ and many students came there for different positions. It was a waste of time. There was no proper interview process. There were not enough people to take the interview. They didn't know what they were hiring for and what they required. There was one random lady who interviewed me and I gave all the answers and she was impressed. She went outside for 15 minutes and I could hear her talking to someone on the phone. I don't know what that person told her. She told me to leave and said you will receive an E-mail. I got a reject after 2 days. I really didn't understand what happened. It was a complete waste of time and money. Also, maximum people they were hiring were south Indians.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infosys (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2026
Interview
El proceso fue rápido en cuanto te postulaste directamente en su plataforma. Sin embargo, la empresa subcontrata y el proceso es mucho más largo, verificando decenas de mails antes de poder hablar con una persona.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Infosys (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2025
Interview
First Round – Online
This was a virtual interview focused on assessing my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The questions were aligned with a mid-level QA role, covering both theoretical concepts and practical scenarios.
Second Round – In Person
This was an on-site interview, also centered around QA mid-level responsibilities. The discussion was detailed, touching on test case design, defect tracking, and real-world QA challenges.
Both interviews went smoothly, and I felt confident about my performance in each stage.
