Interview
Infosys came to campus and had selected candidates by resume shortlisting. The interview panel consisted of three members who were senior executives. First they asked students some basic questions and then again there was a shortlisting.
After first round the candidates who got selected had the HR round and got the final offer.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

Technical knowledge and communication ,troubleshooting skills
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
