Normaler vorstellungsgespräch, sich vorstellen, und danach erzählen über vorherige Berufserfahrungen. Es läuft ungefähr 45 minuten. Ich war erfolgreich und habe eine Arbeitsvertrag bekommen. Die Fragestellung war total entspannt und freundlich. Der Interviewer war sehr löcker und hat spaß gemacht durch die Interview.

It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
