Infosys Sr. Consultant interview questions

I had 2 rounds One is technical. It took around 1 and half on hour Another one is manager round. I cleared the all round. But background verification they rejected me because I don’t have PF account for my last 2 organisation. They are start up company. But I have back account statement. They did’n t accept it . They offer me one role below from which I attend the role. And package also less . So I declined it .
