Avoid at all costs and save yourself. No transparency, vision less management, no care of employees. Plenty of better companies to work for. They are just another body shopping IT company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Chennai) in Nov 2021
Interview
There were
1 Technical Round (2 panelists)
1 Manager Round(1 panelist)
1 HR Discussion(1 HR associate)
The process was pretty straightforward. Interview was conducted via teams.
Leetcode was used for some programs.
The Senior Manager who interviewed me was visibly happy and the next day an oral offer was given by HR, who asked to wait for the offer letter.
But after 2 weeks got a mail saying they couldn't meet my expectations(whatever that means) and couldn't proceed with the process.
It was frustrating. Infosys could have avoided wasting my time if they knew this already.
