I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Nov 2014
Interview
Telephonic and Face to Face.
The interview is not difficult to clear. In most case the current employee in the company takes the interview. But what i feel we lack at the moment is the structure of the interview and lack of knowledge on how an interview is conducted and what must be assessed.
Many times they offer you a position just to fit you in the salary bracket you demanded. ex: an abinitio TL can be given senior consultant to fit that person in better salary band.

Interview
it was very lengthy, time taking process. while i was deciding that i lost the opportunity, i got a call from HR for negotiations... later also the recruitment contact was not pro active. if we mail him, we need to again cal him for the reply, even then he will not reply, only talks in phone.
