I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Pune) in Jun 2010
Interview
Its one of the best recruitment process. Everything was well structured and well planned. The most important thing I liked of Infosys, is that Infosys updated me on the status of my interview, generally no one does it that if you are not selected. But something was wrong with the person who took my interview. He asked very general question regarding project / process and I answered all of them very well. I was expecting the positive outcome but....
Overall I am very happy with Interview process of Infosys. (Not the person who took my interview :( )

Interview
HSBC is the company I went for the interview. It has an extensive interview process. For folks less than 5 years of exp we need to clear a written exam. Face to Face interview also went good. But the salary they offer is way way way below what one expects after a company jump..

Interview
Infosys came to our college for recruiting. Initial phase consisted of a english/aptitude written test of 2 hours. It was pretty easy for an average guy to crack the test. After that, the selected people were given interviewed on 1-1 basis. Interview consisted of nothing more than spoken english capabilities and communications. No technical questions of any sorts were asked because they said they will give us required training them-self. Results were declared on the same day.
