first interview round was virtual round which was purely technical having asked sql queries and second rounf of interview was face to face which had technical questions plus managerial round last HR round to discuss salary

Interview process is very tough and they asked more core questions on that rather than work related for experienced people. They have filtered the candidates directly in interview hall based on experience. If a person has less experience they rejected directly and I felt it is not correct. If the candidate knows it earlier they wont come right for interview.
