The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Infosys in Aug 2009
Interview
The interview was very cumberson in all aspects of technical details. If your specialization is j2ee then be sure to answer questions that ranges from architecture to databases to ajax to message queues to validation scripts to xmls. Also if you are an experienced guy, be sure to tell them about your past projects.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Pune) in Jun 2010
Interview
Its one of the best recruitment process. Everything was well structured and well planned. The most important thing I liked of Infosys, is that Infosys updated me on the status of my interview, generally no one does it that if you are not selected. But something was wrong with the person who took my interview. He asked very general question regarding project / process and I answered all of them very well. I was expecting the positive outcome but....
Overall I am very happy with Interview process of Infosys. (Not the person who took my interview :( )
