1. Applied through naukri,
2. A mail with interview venue and date and no screening.
3. F2F interview with lot many documents required to submit and photograph is compulsory
4. There is no communication between the interviewer and the HR for which role they have invited the candidate.
4. Position was for Splunk Admin and i was am having Splunk developer experience.
5. Interviewer more interested in configuration and Server and its obvious with splunk developer experience i wont be able to give the interview up to his expectation
6. finnaly you may leave for the day and then a regret mail with 6 month wait.
HR and Interviewer are overconfident on the interview process and just increasing the count of candidate getting interviewed. Waste of paper as they need lot of photocoies.
