Just a heads up based on my experience: if you’re not Indian, I honestly wouldn’t bother interviewing here. I don’t want to assume too much, but it really felt like they only seriously consider Indian candidates, no matter how qualified you are. They might bring you in because they have to show they're interviewing a diverse pool, but at the end of the day, it seems like they already know who they’re hiring.
If you’re laid off or looking for a job, don’t waste your time. Look into places like Capgemini, Cognizant, or even defense or government jobs — those seem to have a fairer and open process. Just avoid this company if you don’t want your time wasted.
