I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Hyderabad) in Dec 2011
Interview
There were no technical questions. It was only a HR round where communication skills were checked. The whole interview was driven by the answers I gave to the previous questions. Ability to learn quick, team work ethics, and communication skills are the requirements they were looking for. As I was from Non-IT background I was not asked any technical questions. Interview went for around 20-30 minutes and the person taking the interview was very cool.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys (Visakhapatnam) in Oct 2015
Interview
They could not be accurate in the matte of cutoff for the online test. The HR was conducted for name sake only. It cannot decide it's workers on it's own. It doesn't have a good HR team. After they conducted the online test, they shortlisted the candidates from 200 to 70. This happened because, when they made 50% cutoff, 200 were qualified. But just because they could not interview 200 candidates, they raised the cutoff to 75%. Even then, it was nearly, 120 candidates to be interviewed so, they raised the cutoff again to 82%. Thus, they couldn't select the correct candidates for the job!
