Infosys Software Engineer interview questions

It was on campus interview. They asked generic questions. Some basic language questions such as Java vs C++, some on Database such as normalization. The HR or the interviewer will be provided with the set of standard questions and he is supposed to ask only those. It was an easy interview.

This was way back in 2005. The below interview process is for freshers. We had an initial aptitude interview with some aptitude problems (non-technical), for those who qualified, we had a HR interview. The interview seemed to concentrate on candidates personality and extra curricular activities with a group panel (1:1) Did not have any technical questions. I had made a home project in J2ME of a game, so was asked many questioned related to that. I was also asked questions about my dance,music and other activities in college(like participation in Tech fest etc)
