Campus placement process. Simple IQ Test (multiple choice questions) in English & Math. Face to face interview process comprising of simple questions - tell me about yourself, family background, why this job, plans for next 5 years, comfort level in programming etc. College grades & academic background was given a lot of importance

Got the interview through on-campus recruiting. First hurdle was an IQ and English test. Approximately 300 students sat for the test. 56 were selected for the 1:1 interview. The interview was non-technical. The interviewer just went through my resume, asked a couple of questions about my internship, my interests and what work my parents do.
