They ask questions only on what we mention in our resume. And you should have good command on CS fundamentals, DSA and SQL. Overall the difficulty level is above avg but not much difficult or easy.

First round was a coding round - online: There were 3 questions easy, medium and hard. The topics include backtracking, graph and tree data structure. Second round was technical + hr interview: It started with general introduction, then 3 dsa questions, then questions on Oops, rdbms and resume related question. At last if all goes fine they asked "Why do you want to join infosys" otherwise "That's all from my side, any questions for me". And then interview is over.
