The selection process for the Infosys Specialist Programmer (SP) role consisted of two main stages:
1. Online Assessment (OA):
The test included three coding questions focused on data structures and algorithms. I successfully solved two out of three questions, which helped me qualify for the interview rounds.
2. Interview Rounds:
Coding Round (45 minutes): This was a hands-on coding session where I was asked to solve a problem in real time and explain my approach and logic.
Technical + HR Interview: In this round, the interviewer mainly asked questions related to my resume, including my projects, skills, and academic background. There were no separate technical problem-solving questions in this stage.
Overall, the process was smooth and focused on assessing both technical ability through coding and resume-based understanding.
