Infosys conducted a campus recruitment drive in my campus. They had an aptitude test followed by the interview process for those who cleared the aptitude test. The test comprised of questions from quantitative aptitude , logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning & mathematical reasoning. The questions from quant section were very easy but the deciding factor turned out to be the verbal reasoning. The students shortlisted had to appear for the interview next day . The interview panel were divide into two , one HR & other technical. Students were randomly send to either of the panels

Interview
Aptitude test based on general intelligence and spoken English. Was less technical. This was followed by HR round. The Aptitude took a day. the results were announced that very same day in the evening. The next day was for HR round. This company recruits college students in bulk, About 300+ from big campuses.
The interview was high on aptitude. Spoken English was ok with emphasis on Indian English.
The packages offered are average about 3.25la per annum.
This is good for fresher's who are still in college and do not know the industry well.

Very easy HR round. No technical round for freshers. Only two rounds. 1. Logical and English mainly. 2 HR Interview. Not much aptitute questions were there. English and logical questions had average difficulty level.
