GOOD.I'm happy to share my interview experience with Infosys for the System Engineer role. It was a great learning journey that helped me understand where I stand technically and how I can improve my communication.
📌 Round 1: Online Test (Aptitude + Technical)
This was conducted on the Infosys platform and included:
Logical Reasoning
Quantitative Aptitude
Verbal Ability
Pseudo code and basic programming questions (in C, Java, or Python)
I practiced regularly using platforms like CodeChef and solved mock tests to build confidence.
📌 Round 2: Technical Interview
After clearing the test, I was invited for a technical interview. The interviewer was friendly and focused on:
My final year project and the role I played
Programming languages like Java and Python
Basics of OOPs, DBMS, and SQL queries
A simple coding problem (like reversing a string or checking for palindrome)
I also talked about my Pega certification and how I worked on use cases like healthcare and car rental systems

The final round was a casual HR discussion, where they asked:

Strengths and weaknesses
Willingness to relocate and work in shifts
