After clearing Written Test on Aptitude, reasoning and English. you will get a call for Interview. For a fresher it is very simple interview process as They won't ask you any technical question but HR only. If you are lucky they will ask some question about your projects and your preferred job location. If anyone is good in communication skills then there is great chance of his/her employment. Tips: Be yourself with interviewer and give answer honestly.
