Interview
The campus hiring process of Infosys mostly focuses on judging the communication skills of prospective trainees rather than their technical skills. I believe the main reason for this is that Infosys offers excellent training to all new joiners and as such everyone will get ramped up on technology irrespective of their technical knowledge level at the time of hiring.
The interview would normally have two rounds for fresher - one written test where aptitude and English language knowledge are measured. Aptitude section will be easy but English section will be rigorous. Infosys is very selective in qualifying candidates in written test. Once we clear the written test, the chances of getting a job are almost 99%. The second round of interview is a HR round wherein the emphasis is mainly laid to judge the communication skills of a candidate. With good self confidence and minimal practice this round can be easily cleared.
