first step: Aptitude test consisting of general English ,quantitative. 2nd step:Interview(HR & Technical combined 1:1 interview) they would check how fair r u with our C.V IE whether u had enough knowledge about whatever mentioned in your C.V.Then they also check the basic communication skills,your desire to learn & your confidence level.

The apptidue was text book. Nothing so great about it. Any Tom Dick and Harry can get through this exam. The HR interview was all boring. Nothing to test the new candidate as such. Very simple questions. All my preparation for the interview was like "Why did I even prepare for this?".
