Infosys Technical Analyst interview questions

What a poor class company. They call me for interview and asked my expectations regarding CTC. As per our conversation they were ready to provide my that CTC if i get selected. Out of 13 candidate appeared for interview, 5 got selected including me. Now here comes the joke which happened with us. They ask out currect CTC and provides as an offer with 80k per annum increment. Now the joke no. 2. Out of increment of 80k PA, 70k was the variable amount. They only thing in my hand was to say" you don't deserves me" which i did and left from there.
