Interview
After posting my resume on the portals, I was contacted by recruiters. We discussed the job requirements and compensation package. Then he scheduled a 30-minute phone interview which was pretty easy. After that, I had two rounds of Skype interviews on core java, spring, and hibernate.

Interview
The interview process was more focused on Java / J2EE. No major technical questions was asked in the interview. The interview questions were simple. No additional prep might be needed as the questions were very simple

What is the Session / Stateful / Stateless session bean?
Recruiter saw my profile on linkedin and she liked it. So she called me for the position at one of their client location. She asked me whether I am available in the market and whether I am interested in the position or not. I told her that I am available. Then she sent me a link to apply for that position. Application was 7 page long and very time consuming. After I filled application I got a call from recruiter again and she asked me for the time slots for interview. I gave her the time slots and she arranged the skype call. I got online and 2 interviewers started my interview. They asked me about my responsibilities in current project. And some basic technical questions. Then as my position was for lead, they asked me some scrum related and managerial questions which I answered
