Bewerbungsprozess ist sehr schnell und strukturiert. Man fühlt sich durch den ganzen Prozess gut durchgeführt und betreut. Informationen erfolgen zeitnah. Die Atmosphöre ist locker und angenehm. Insgesamt kann man von einer angenehmen Atmosphäre sprechen.
I had 3 rounds in the interview process. One with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager and one with the actual manager I would be working for. It was all very organized and professional. They did take their time in providing me with an offer. If I remember correctly it took about a month after the last interview.

The multilevel interview process at Ingram macro included resume shortlisting, followed by my telephonic interview with HR, following which I had opportunity for online interview with the team leader, next step was culminating in a final interview with the department head.
