Was very casual interview process. The manager and hiring manager seem to be very friendly. Have a very startup attitude. We have free beers, good, and weekly lunches
Also second week they conducted the followup meeting with the director and then final meeting with the hiring manager over phonecall
Final decision is made in two weeks and accommodate the resources to join the team after notice period

I applied through the University's job portal. Got a call from the HR to schedule the initial phone screen. Then, went on to a second phone screen. Then, was given an excel based case study to solve and present using power point. Finally, had the onsite interview. Consisted of questions on resume, why you are interested in a career with Ingram Micro.

The interview have three stages, two phone interviews and one on-site. Phone interviews are not hard, just ask some basic questions and your backgrounds. Onsite Interview need maybe 4 hours, and you need talk with the whole group.
