The interview was set up by a recruiting agency. HR itself was very thorough in going through the day-to-day task of the desired role. However, I feel that they already have someone in mind internally and I was just brought on to interview to meet the interview quota. The reason being is that I was informed right off the bat that they already have a strong candidate and they just want to talk to keep their options open in case that other candidate did not work out. Needless to say, it was a waste of my time.
The interview was smooth and successive. There is no hiccups along the process and the recruiter responds timely regarding interviewee's clarifications and concerns. All-in-all it was good and not that hard.
Quite a good interview experience with them, no pressure. Have 3 rounds of interview with different managers which last about 1 hour each. No technical questions, merely ask if you have some experience with the product brand before.
