Ingram Micro interview questions

Not structured. The person didn't had time to lookup from laptop screen. He was constantly on chat and was trying to talk in breaks. Had to wait till he looked up. Tried to ask about position but there was no specific reply. Instead as to how he manages constant challenges of building interfaces.

The interview process consisted of a interview with HR which was to the point followed by a Microsoft Meeting Call with the Sales manager and her boss. They really care about who you are as a person and that matches well with the culture with the rest of the employees. I am not in my first week and it has been amazing so far.
