Interview
Gone through three interviews. Basic questions. Kind interviewers. Doesn’t feel like interview for work at all. No pressure. I have no offer yet they told me that once my application was finalized, I will be called. So hopefully they will call me asap

Interview
Interview process was a phone interview with an internal company recruiter where they ask basic questions about your resume to ensure your background lines up with the position. During this phone interview be prepared to answer a question regarding your salary expectation. I managed to deflect this question by informing that I would need to know more about the position before properly answering this. The second part of this interview process is scheduling an in-person interview with the hiring manager. For the Buyer position, it was the director of purchasing. Upon arriving at the lobby they check you in and have you receive a visitor pass. I had to wait about 45 minutes after my interview start time as the recruiter forgot to notify the hiring manager that I had arrived. The interview with the hiring manager was a pretty casual conversation and had a few interview style questions. Finally, after the interview, I was never contacted about whether I was selected or not for the position. I attempted to contact the company's HR and the recruiter only to receive no response. Very negative experience due to this no response and shows very little concern from the company for their applicants.

Interview
Applied through Linkedin and I forgot about it until HR got back to me in about 2-3 months and recommended that I should apply for another position that would fit me. After applying to said position, HR set up an interview for me. I had to go through about 1 phone call with HR and 2 interviews, one with the department manager + a consultant, I also had to do a skills test; the 2nd one was with a VP. All three of them were very nice and impressed with me and my portfolio, also, Ingram Micro HR was very helpful and thorough with the process.
