Ingram Micro interview questions

The company hiring procedure is most fraudulent one I have ever faced. I got interview rounds with Helen from Singapore and Sanjay Achwal from Mumbai and cleared both of those. HR took all documents( including cancelled cheque) saying rounds got cleared.Then they got vanished and came to know after 2/3 weeks from Consultancy they already hired some other guys for the same position without any formal information. This is highly unprofessional and Ingram should change the procedure.

Had a video interview with hiring manager. very smooth process, discuss about personal projects and how do you hear about the company, your interest and so on. Also involves prediction about prices.
