Ingram Micro interview questions

Taurus HR consultancy scheduled my interview. there was one round of telephonic interview. I enquired about the feedback from the consultancy and i came to know that i have been rejected since i was having a too much positive and casual approach in the interview. the interviewer was having a typical Marathi language influence on his English and such kind of people take interviews who cant even speak a sentence fluently. took 3 weeks. 2 interviews with manager and no HR meeting. They were very quick to select someone. I found later that this company is interested to hire and fire every other day. So, it is not a place to work and spend 8 hours a day.
